The WFE expresses support for changes proposed by the OECD on State Owned Enterprises guidelines

The WFE is generally in favour of the changes proposed by OECD, particularly in relation to sustainability and enhancing transparency in the market. State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) can set an example for commercial entities; therefore the WFE calls for guidelines to emphasise where SOEs can pave the way in market development – for example, in relation to sustainability. Given commitments of member countries, we would also suggest that the guidelines include guidance on transition plans.
